The Company will obtain, use, and provide personal information that it handles in all of our businesses and the personal information of our employees, appropriately and will take appropriate measures to ensure that such personal information is not handled beyond the extent required to achieve the specified purposes of use. The Company may outsource the handling of personal information that it has received to a subcontracted company with which the Company has concluded an agreement concerning personal information, where such handling is within the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use.

The Company will undertake reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, as well as leakage, loss, destruction, and falsification of personal information, and to remedy any such situation should it occur.
Procedures in Response to Requests for Disclosure from Owner
If you request the notification of the purposes of use of your personal data held by the Company or for its disclosure, amendment, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to third parties, the Company will comply with such request upon confirming your identity. The Company will respond promptly to any complaints and consultations concerning personal information.

Purposes of Use Pertaining to Handling of Shareholders’ Personal Information
The Company will handle the personal information of its shareholders to the extent required to achieve the following purposes of use and will not handle it beyond that extent.
